Chronixx

Young Chronixx (1992) -with his conscious roots reggae- has quickly become one of the big names in the latest draft of artists from Jamaica. As son of dancehall legend Chronicle he grew up among artists like Burro Banton and Gregory Isaacs. He started his musical career as background singer to Lutan Fyah and production assistant to Popcaan and Konshens. Strongly influenced by the death of his brother and best friend, Chronixx makes reggae with a message. This young artist with an old soul is on a mission to inspire young people and to spread reggae across the globe. Chronixx is a rising star who can't be stopped. He made two appearances in The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, who is a fan. He is also the face of the Adidas SPEZIAL Spring/Summer Collection 2017. After his first EP in 2011 his long awaited debut album 'Chronology' will be released this year. This is what he will be bringing to the Main Stage. Short of stature but with an enormous stage presence: Reggae Geel happily welcomes Chronixx and his Zincfence Redemption Band for the second time!
