Beatstreet Sound

Beatstreet Sound was founded in Leuven in 1999. Since then, they have been turning parties upside down in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland. The six-man collective combines all kinds of Jamaican music with the best soul, R&B and hip-hop. They have played alongside renowned artists such as Omar Perry, Nature, Munga Honorebel, Ziggi Recardo and Movado.

In 2011, they participated in the very first Beljam Club Clash in the Vooruit in Ghent. The guys from Beatstreet Sound are versatile. You can find them at the most amazing parties and they juggle with hardcore dubplates. You might also know them from the two steamy nights they organise every month in Leuven: Yard Vybz and Reggae Roadblock.

Barry B, Johnny Lexman, Mattey, Sensa Demus, Slo'mo and T-Fire also have their own record label with Big Bout Ya Records.
