(NED) Eindelijk weten we wie de regio BeNeLux-UK-Ierland zal vertegenwoordigen in de finale van de ERC op het Italiaanse Rototom Sunsplash Festival.
Het is het Nederlandse 'Punky Donch' geworden (http://www.myspace.com/punkydonch). Proficiat en succes in Italië!
De Belgen van 'Zionyouth' (http://www.myspace.com/zionyouth1), vorig jaar nog opener van het hoofdpodium op Reggae Geel, werd een eerbare tweede.
Bedankt ook aan iedereen die zijn stem uitbracht en zo zijn favoriete band ondersteunde.

Thanks to everybody who voted and supported his favourite band. ------------------------ (NED) De vorige 30 edities deden we het zonder, maar vanaf dit jaar zal er een VOORVERKOOP voor het festival georganiseerd worden. Tickets kan je online bestellen via de Pre-sale pagina onze website. De voorverkoop start op 15 mei. Een dagticket kost € 15, voor een weekendticket betaal je € 25 ( telkens + reservatiekost).
Aan de kassa kosten de tickets € 25 per dag en € 35 voor de twee festivaldagen.

Het organisatieteam is alweer in gang geschoten en bereidt een nieuwe editie van Reggae Geel voor, de 31ste ondertussen.
Reggae Geel gaat dit jaar door op vrijdag 31 juli en zaterdag 1 augustus, in de Zandstraat in Geel. Op vrijdag kan je bij ons komen feesten van 18 tot 03 uur. Op zaterdag starten we om 13uur en zal de laatste noot klinken om 4uur ’s ochtends.
Reggae Geel belooft dit jaar weer memorabel te worden! Nationaal en internationaal reggaetalent zal onze drie podia onveilig maken! We kiezen voor een mix van oude rotten en jonge wolven. Verder organiseren we opnieuw de catch-a-mic-wedstrijd, zorgen we voor allerhande animatie én kan u weer genieten van het overheerlijke eten en drinken op onze festivalterreinen. Vergeet ook zeker niet de kleurrijke Craft Market te bezoeken.
(ENG) Spring started... and the festivalfever is in the air again. The organisation started the preparations for a brand new edition of Reggae Geel, the 31st in a row!
Reggae Geel will take place on Friday 31st July and Saturday 1st August in Geel. On Friday the party starts at 6 pm and ends at 3 am. On Saterday we'll be shaking from 1 pm till 4 am.
Get ready for another memorable edition of Belgium's oldest Reggae Festival! As always, our three stages will be the playground of national and international Reggaetalent. Not only will we be presenting the brightest shining stars of Reggae music, we'll also give young talent a chance to take their stand. Don't forget to support your favorit artist in the "Catch-a-Mic-contest", to check out the variety of activities around the venue and to taste our delicious foods and drinks! And ofcourse our colorfull Craft Market will provide you with beautifull things and blings. (FRA) Voilà l’été et voilà les festivals. L’équipe de Reggae Geel a commencé les préparations pour la 31ème édition du festival.
Cette année-ci Reggae Geel aura lieu le vendredi 31 juillet et le samedi 1 aout, à la Zandstraat à Geel. La fête commence déjà le vendredi à partir de 18 heures jusqu’à 3 heures du matin. Le samedi le festival ouvrera ses portes à 13 heures et terminera à 4 heures du matin.
Ce sera de nouveau un festival inoubliable avec du talent national et international sur nos trois scènes. Avec des anciennes valeurs et des talents prometteurs. Nous organisons de nouveau la compétition catch-a-mic, il y aura de l’animation et à boire et manger.
